I entered my address incorrectly?
Please include your order number and correct address in the email above. If you do not know your order number, please include the email address in which the order would have been placed with. We will email you and let you know once the correction has been made. Please note, we cannot change your address once the order has shipped. It is up to you to contact the shipping provider after the order has shipped if you need to make changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation?
Our emails are sometimes routed to spam. Check your spam folder first. If you are unable to find it, contact us and include the email address in which the order was placed with.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
No, all sales are final.
